We have a 7 day return policy on retail orders, however all custom orders are final.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start the return process, please contact us at email@example.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once an item has been worn, we cannot accept the return.
Unless an item arrives damaged, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to returns. There will also be a $5 restocking fee deducted from the return to cover lost packaging and website/payment provider fees.
